We currently have two main ingredients BE01 and BE02.
BE01 can be used with plastic materials such as PP, PE, PS & PET. When used with PET there may be some cloudiness to the finished product (this will depend on the gauge of the PET sheet and the wall thickness of end formed product).
If the PET product being produced requires a very high clarity then it is recommended to use BE02 which has a PET carrier and the end result will be much clearer PET product.

Should the plastics be recycled then our solution will not have a negative impact on the recycling stream unlike “Oxo-Degradable” treated plastics. So our solution covers all bases.
We are aware that over the years there have been previous attempts and false claims towards biodegradability and environmental friendliness of some plastic products. Our biodegradable material has and is being tested for landfill standards (ASTM D 5511-11) for a product to be classified as biodegradable. So our claims will be supported by actual test data!
Our biodegradable plastic is entirely different as it gives microbes the ability to consume products by secreting digestive enzymes which allows the natural break down of the polymer. This process follows 4 stages: Hydrolysis, Acidgenesis, Acetogenesis and Methanogenesis.
The above overall process can be shown as a simple generic chemical equation as follows:
C6H12O6 → 3CO2 + 3CH4
We can achieve this result without making any changes to your processing equipment, impacting product shelf life or changing the look of the product.
Unlike products known as common Oxo-degradable product, our biodegradable plastic product provides a 100% shelf stable and reliable end product as it will not begin to biodegrade until it has been disposed of in an active microbial environment such as a landfill. Light will not have any effect on the product.
